To enable automatic discovery for Web Proxy clients

On Web Proxy client computers running Internet Explorer 6 or Internet Explorer 5, do the following:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. On the Connections tab, click LAN Settings.
  3. Select Automatically detect settings.
